AP REGISTRATION AND SIGN-UP INFORMATION

2020-2021

The College Board is now in it's 2nd year of conducting all AP exam ordering and registration online.  At this point it is not yet confirmed how actual testing will take place--so we will update as we gather more information and the Santa Clara County Office of Health updates us on our Phase of re-opening.

This year we will begin selling AP exams on September 17, 2020 through November 2nd, 2020 . Each full price AP exam is $86.00.  All students who qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch will pay $5.00. All students in 1st semester or year long AP classes who register after Nov 13, 2020, will be assessed $40.00/exam late fee.

In addition, a $40.00/exam cancellation fee will be assessed for any exam order canceled after Nov 13, 2020. Students will be able to access the AP Test Registrations Sheet from the school website.

Students will take the completed form with a complete payment (no partial payments) to the bank between September 17, 2020- November 2nd, 2020. Please contact Paul Landshof at landshofp@esuhsd.org with any questions.

WHAT DOES REGISTRATION MEAN?
All students in an AP Class can obtain the class access code to register for the AP test for the class they’re taking from their teacher.  I am attaching the both the link for setting up your College Board ID (if you don't already have one) and instructions for signing on to your AP Classroom.  I'm also including the list of AP Classroom codes by teacher and course.

All students wanting to take an AP Test for a class they’re not taking, contact Mr. Landshof landshofp@esushd.org

HOW DO I KNOW IF I PAY A REDUCED FEE?
Provide a copy of your letter for free/reduced lunch to the school bank with your payment.  We will be confirming payment options (i.e. online versus in-person in the next two weeks)

Check with Mr. Landshof if you don’t have your free/reduced lunch letter.
